Steel moves. Phones get answered. Every load, both ends.

MC Logistics Group arranges freight in all 48 states — flatbed, reefer, dry van, hot shot, and heavy haul. Steel, rebar, and construction materials are our specialty; DFW is where we're based, not where we stop. You deal directly with the owner. Rates explained, not just quoted.

What We Move

Flatbed Specialists. Full-Service Coverage.

Steel, rebar, and construction materials are our home lane — but if it rolls on a trailer, we can move it. Reefer and dry van included.

Flatbed rig hauling strapped steel bundles under a storm sky

01

Steel & Rebar

Flatbed specialists in rebar, structural steel, and beams. Securement, permits, and pour-schedule timing handled by people who know what a jobsite delay costs.

Banded lumber units strapped down on a flatbed trailer deck

02

Building Materials

Lumber, brick, block, and concrete products moved on schedule, with proactive updates instead of silence.

Row of refrigerated trailers with reefer units

03

Reefer & Temp-Controlled

Temperature-controlled freight held to the same communication standard — set point confirmed at pickup, monitored to delivery.

Tractor pulling a 53-foot dry van on the open highway

04

Dry Van & General Freight

Palletized and general freight in 53' dry vans. Same lanes, same accountability — no load is too routine to do right.

Black heavy-duty dually pickup built for hot shot freight

05

Hot Shot & Time-Sensitive

When the crane is waiting, we move. Expedited flatbed and hot shot capacity, cross-country or across town.

Loaded log truck running a misty forest highway

06

Backhaul Coordination

We work to keep partner trucks loaded in both directions, because empty miles cost everyone.

Coverage

We Run the Lanes That Matter.
All 48 States.

Our carrier network reaches every corner of the lower 48 — Los Angeles to Boston, Seattle to Miami. DFW is our home base and where our densest steel and construction freight runs, but origin and destination can be anywhere in the country. If it ships in the continental U.S., we can cover it.

Don't see your lane? That list is where our freight runs most often — not a limit. Send us the origin and destination and we'll tell you straight whether we can cover it.

Why MC Logistics

Built on a Simple Observation:
Most Freight Problems Are Communication Problems

The phone gets answered.

Direct line to the decision-maker, not a queue. When something comes up at 6 a.m. on a pour day, you reach a person who can actually fix it.

Rates with the math shown.

We explain the market number, not just quote it. If a rate seems high, we tell you why. If the market softens, we tell you that too.

Carrier-side fluency.

Our founder has worked the carrier side of this business. We quote loads the way people who've moved them quote loads — with the deadhead, the tarp, and the wait time already in mind.

About

A Brokerage Built on Integrity

MC Logistics Group, LLC is a licensed and bonded freight brokerage arranging loads in all 48 contiguous states. We specialize in flatbed and heavy freight — steel, rebar, and construction materials — with reefer, dry van, lowboy, and LTL coverage held to the same standard. Our office sits in the DFW Metroplex, which is where our densest freight runs, but our carrier network reaches coast to coast: a load from Los Angeles to Atlanta gets the same attention as one leaving a Fort Worth steel yard.

We built this company on a simple observation: most freight problems are communication problems. So we answer the phone, we explain the rate, and we keep both the shipper and the carrier informed from booking to delivery. Whether you're moving a single load or a recurring lane, you deal directly with the people making decisions — starting with our founder, whose experience spans both the brokerage desk and the carrier side of the business.

Things Most Brokers Won't Say Out Loud

"I replaced the load board with a text message."

How our carriers get loads by SMS — no board fees, no fake loads.

"Both sides of the rate con."

What brokers get wrong about carriers — from someone who's run the carrier side.

"Show carriers the math."

In Their Words

What Shippers & Carriers Say

Unedited feedback from the shippers who tender us freight and the carriers who haul it. Both sides of the load, because a broker who only keeps one side happy doesn't last.

Shipper

Extremely reliable. Rates are always fair and clearly explained, and communication is consistent from start to finish.

Heather · Steel Shipper, Oklahoma
Carrier

They don't play games with rates and treat drivers fairly. That's why I keep booking with them.

Marcus · Owner-Operator, Flatbed

You can tell they value long-term relationships. Communication is strong and they stay on top of every load.

Danielle
Carrier

That transparency is rare these days. No surprises, no issues at delivery.

Ray · Lumber & Brick Carrier
Carrier

Been driving over 15 years, and MC Logistics is one of the more straightforward brokers I've worked with.

Tommy · Veteran Driver
Shipper

When we need something moved quickly, they respond fast and get it done.

Edgar · Construction Logistics Client
Carrier

They actually answer the phone if something comes up. That matters.

Luis · Steel Beam Driver

Payments are on time. Loads are consistent. Can't ask for much more.

How It Works

Four Steps. No Runaround.

Booking freight shouldn't require chasing anyone. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you send us a lane.

01

Send the lane

Origin, destination, freight type, weight, and pickup date. Use the form below or just email it — however you'd rather work.

Takes 2 minutes

02

Get the rate, with the math

We quote off current lane conditions, equipment, and timing — and we show you what's driving the number instead of just handing you one.

Usually within the hour

03

We assign a vetted carrier

Authority checked on FMCSA, insurance verified, equipment matched to the load. You know who's picking up before they roll.

Often same business day

04

Tracked to delivery

Updates from pickup through delivery — proactively, not when you chase us. POD comes back and the invoice matches the quote.

FAQ

Straight Answers

For Shippers

What areas do you cover?

All 48 contiguous states. We're headquartered in the DFW Metroplex and a lot of our steel and construction freight originates in Texas, but that's our home base — not our boundary. Origin and destination can be anywhere in the lower 48: California to the Carolinas, Seattle to South Florida. If you've got a lane, send it to us and we'll tell you straight whether we can cover it.

How fast can you cover a load?

We typically respond with a rate within the hour and can often have capacity assigned same-day — anywhere in the lower 48. Time-sensitive loads get priority handling — email MCLogisticsGroupLLC@gmail.com directly and flag it urgent.

Why use a smaller brokerage instead of a national one?

At a national brokerage your load is one of thousands on a rep's board. Here, the person quoting your freight is the person accountable for it delivering. You deal with the owner, not a case number.

How do you price loads?

We quote off current lane conditions, equipment type, weight, and timing — and we'll explain the number. If a rate seems high, we tell you why. If the market softens, we tell you that too.

What freight do you specialize in?

Our specialty is flatbed: steel, rebar, structural beams, lumber, brick, and construction materials, plus hot shot for time-sensitive partial loads. We also cover reefer and dry van freight — if it ships on a trailer, ask us.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — licensed and bonded with FMCSA under MC 1071592 / USDOT 3351527, with a $75,000 surety bond. You can verify our authority on the FMCSA SAFER system anytime — link in our trust bar above.

For Carriers

How fast do you pay?

Standard terms are net 30 days. Payments go out on time — ask any carrier who runs with us.

How do I get set up?

Complete our online Carrier Setup Packet — about 10 minutes with your MC number, W-9, insurance certificate, and equipment list. Setup is typically completed within one business day.

What lanes do you regularly cover?

All 48 states. Our densest freight runs out of the DFW Metroplex — steel and construction materials into the Gulf Coast, Southeast, Midwest, and Mountain West — but we book coast-to-coast lanes, including California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Northeast. Tell us your preferred lanes on the setup packet and we'll match you to freight that fits.

Do you negotiate rates?

Yes, and we don't waste your time doing it. Every load we post shows the rate up front; counter if it doesn't work for your truck.
